01 — Folding cartons
Custom folding cartons & printed color boxes.
Offset-printed paperboard cartons for cosmetics, supplements, food and consumer goods — cut, glued and shipped flat, so you pay for print and board rather than air.
We print on SBS, FBB, CCNB and uncoated kraft from 250 to 400 gsm, and match finishing to the shelf: soft-touch and foil for beauty, matte varnish and windows for food, Braille embossing for pharmacy.
Styles
Six constructions, one dieline library.
Straight tuck end
Simplest die, fastest to hand-assemble. The default for cosmetic and supplement cartons.
Reverse tuck end
Top and bottom flaps open from opposite sides — better for automatic filling lines.
Crash-lock bottom
The base locks itself as the carton is erected. Specified where filling speed decides the line.
Sleeve & tray
Printed sleeve over a tray. Two pieces, more presence, still ships flat.
Window patched
PET or PLA window with a clean patched edge, so the product shows without being opened.
Tuck-top with hang tab
Adds a Euro hole for pegboard and hook retail.

Questions
Folding carton FAQ.
Can you print white ink on dark or kraft board?
Yes. We lay a white base coat before CMYK, which keeps colours opaque on kraft, black or metallised board. Expect it to be quoted as an extra print unit rather than a hidden cost.
Do the cartons arrive glued or flat?
Glued at the side seam and shipped flat. You erect them at the filling line — this keeps freight volume and cost down by roughly 80% compared with rigid boxes.
What is the smallest run you will print?
Around 500 units digitally, from 1,000 units on offset. Below that, tooling and set-up usually make the unit price unreasonable, and we will say so.
