A dieline that works before it looks good.
Every project starts with a structure, not a flat JPEG. Our design team draws the dieline, cuts a white prototype on the plotter and hand-assembles it, so you can feel the lid clearance, the fold memory and the glue tab before anyone commits to a print run.

Questions buyers ask
Before you send an RFQ.
What is your minimum order quantity?
From 1,000 pieces for folding cartons and paper bags, and 500 pieces for rigid and drawer boxes. Trial runs below that are quoted case by case — tooling and set-up dominate the cost at small volumes, so we will tell you honestly when a short run is not worth it.
Can you work from our existing dieline or artwork?
Yes. Send an AI, PDF or DXF dieline and print-ready artwork with 3 mm bleed in CMYK. If you only have a physical sample, we will reverse-engineer the structure and send a drawing for approval.
How long does sampling and production take?
White samples in 3–5 working days, printed samples in 5–7. Mass production is typically 12–18 working days after sample approval, depending on finishing and quantity. Repeat orders move faster.
Do you handle shipping and export documents?
We ship FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, and can quote CIF or DDP to your door. Export cartons, pallet specs, packing lists, invoices and certificates of origin are prepared in-house.
How do you control colour between orders?
Each job keeps an archived golden sample and ink formulation. Repeat orders are matched to that sample and measured with a spectrophotometer, held to ΔE ≤ 2 on the same board stock.
Can we visit the factory or arrange a third-party inspection?
Yes to both. We welcome factory visits in Shenzhen and will cooperate fully with SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QC team — including pre-shipment inspection before the balance payment.
